Exchange and Return

First: Exchange

• If you receive a product different from your order, we take full responsibility for replacing it immediately, provided the product is in its original condition and unopened.
• If you wish to exchange a product for another item from the store, this is possible as long as the product is unused and unopened. In this case, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Second: Return

• You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
• In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping and return costs.
